“I cannot say enough about Dr. Eduardo and his staff. Started this journey last November and was given a goal of 25lbs to lose before my surgery date. I crushed it and actually lost 35lbs. I was weighing 278 lbs and now I'm at 165.”

Dr. Roger Eduardo, MD
Board-Certified Bariatric & General Surgeon
Dr. Roger Eduardo grew up on the beaches of Trinidad and Tobago, and he still carries that island with him, unhurried, warm, focused on the person in front of him rather than the clock. His fascination with medicine began in his grandfather's home, where a library of medical books drew local doctors in for advice, and drew a curious boy into the workings of the human body.
He went to Yale University for his undergraduate degree, but the turn that set his direction was personal, not academic: watching his grandfather face a cancer diagnosis. He decided he never wanted to be a bystander in a moment like that again, and set out to move from studying the body to intervening.

The Omnia difference
A surgeon runs your care: from first visit to full recovery.
One expert, every path
GLP-1 medication, bariatric surgery, reflux repair, vein treatment, coordinated by one board-certified surgeon, never handed between clinics.
The surgical safety net
Start with medical weight loss knowing that if you ever need surgery, the surgeon already knows your history. No med-spa can offer that continuity.
Local, not a metro drive
Fellowship-trained, da Vinci robotic surgery, delivered in Newnan. The same caliber of care patients once crossed the city for, now close to home.
Continuity of care
The physician you choose is the physician who stays involved.
One physician
Dr. Eduardo evaluates you, builds the plan, performs the procedure and sees you afterwards. Not a coordinator, not a rotating provider, not whoever is covering that week.
One connected practice
Medical weight loss, bariatric surgery, reflux, hernias and vein care do not live in separate silos here. When one problem turns out to be caused by another, nobody has to be referred out to find that out.
No revolving door
Your care is not handed between a visiting surgeon, a franchise program and a call centre in another state. The same person is accountable at the start and at the end.
Patient Stories
Real patients, real results.
We measure success by the lives we help transform, not just the procedures performed.
“My experience with Dr. Roger Eduardo has been truly life-changing. From my very first appointment, he demonstrated exceptional professionalism, kindness, and a deep level of knowledge about bariatric surgery.”
“Dr. Eduardo is friendly, professional, and explained the entire process of surgery and recovery. He and his staff prepared a manual with everything I needed from pre-op through six weeks out. I would recommend him to anyone considering bariatric surgery.”
“My weight-loss surgeon Dr. Eduardo is exceptionally the best. From the very first consultation, I knew I was in the hands of someone exceptional. The expertise, compassion, and genuine care were there from day one.”
“I had bad heartburn my entire life and have been taking antacids for years without relief. My gastroenterologist told me there was nothing I could do about it, except keep taking more meds. My family doc sent me to Dr. Eduardo for another opinion. He listened to my symptoms, ordered a few tests and after putting a camera down my throat, discovered I had a hiatal hernia that was probably causing my reflux. Surgery a few weeks later, one night in the hospital and I haven't had ANY heartburn in over 6 months now. It is amazing. You have given me my life back!”
“Can't say enough about the doc. Great personality, great bedside manner, and by that I mean he walks you through everything that he is going to do in surgery and how you should take care of yourself after. I would highly recommend Dr. Eduardo to anyone who needs a good surgeon.”

Omnia Health is at 110 Oak Hill Blvd, Suite 100, Newnan, GA 30265, in the south metro Atlanta area. We serve Newnan, Peachtree City, Fayetteville, Senoia, Tyrone, and the surrounding Coweta and Fayette County communities, so specialist surgical care sits close to home instead of an hour up I-85.
Omnia Health is a single, surgeon-led practice covering four service lines: medical weight loss (GLP-1 and physician-supervised programs), bariatric surgery, acid reflux and complex hernia repair, and vein treatment. Many patients arrive for weight care and stay because the same surgeon can also treat a reflux, hiatal hernia, or vein problem, often one tied to the very thing that brought them in.
Dr. Roger Eduardo is a board-certified general surgeon (American Board of Surgery) and a Fellow of the American Society for Metabolic and Bariatric Surgery (FASMBS). He completed advanced fellowship training at Cleveland Clinic Florida, performs minimally invasive da Vinci robotic surgery, and personally leads every case. He speaks conversational Spanish and sees Spanish-speaking patients directly, with translation support for the detail that has to be exact.
Yes. Every Omnia Health service line is coordinated by Dr. Eduardo himself; there is no handoff between separate clinics. Starting with medical weight loss means that if you ever need surgery, the surgeon already knows your full history, which is a continuity of care a med-spa or chain clinic can't offer.
We bill insurance across all four service lines and handle pre-authorizations and letters of medical necessity, so you can verify your coverage before committing to anything. For patients without coverage, we offer transparent self-pay pricing, and patient financing through Cherry is available.
